These custom design drinking water units are introduced to produce nano bubble water with hydrogen bubbles, or high oxygen content water for the food and beverage industries. Custom units are installed at various drinking water bottling companies in Japan. The largest unit at the moment has a production capacity of 4,000 liters per hour, around 1,000 gallons.

One of the main advantages of this unit is that it has the option to be Cleaned-In-Place (CIP) which is a requirement in many countries for certification.

Custom design drink water units are built according to the specifications of customers, to make integration with other plant and equipment easier. For clients that are interested in testing  ultrafine bubble or nano bubble applications in their businesses, we market several low volume micro/nanobubble generators. These compact and inexpensive units can be used for product development and product testing before scaling up to this larger capacity system. The unit is very versatile as it can handle all types of gases including corrosive gases.
